Ukrainians can pay fines for violations of military registration rules through the 'Reserve+' application

According to the Chernihiv Regional TCC and SP, Ukrainians now have the opportunity to pay fines for violations of military registration rules using the 'Reserve+' application.

  • for failing to appear at the TCC,
  • for not creating a military ID after 25 years,
  • failure to notify about a change of residence or not undergoing a medical commission.

After an application is submitted in the TCC application, there are 3 days for consideration, after which you can pay half of the fine, specifically 8,500 hryvnias. The payment period is 20 days.

If this period is missed, the fine will increase to 17,000 hryvnias, and after another 20 days — to 34,000 hryvnias.

After paying the fine, the notification in the application will disappear, and information about military registration will be updated within a few days. The Ministry of Defense emphasizes that paying the fine does not exempt one from the obligation to be on military registration, and ignoring these requirements may lead to criminal liability.

It was previously reported that more than half a million Ukrainians will receive an extension.

Ukrainians can now pay fines for violations of military registration rules through the mobile application 'Reserve+'. This will make it easier to address military registration issues and avoid significant fines for violations.
