Scheduled Maintenance for 'Oberih' Registry to Temporarily Disrupt 'Reserve+' App

Technical works in the Obereg registry on January 30
Планові роботи в реєстрі 'Оберіг' можуть призвести до тимчасових труднощів у використанні додатку 'Резерв+'.

Maintenance Scheduled for 'Oberih' Registry

According to Главком: Technical maintenance on the 'Oberih' registry is scheduled from 00:00 to 02:00 on January 30. During this period, users of the 'Reserve+' application may experience a temporary loss of service and be unable to access updates for their Reserve ID. All services are expected to resume normal operation by 02:00 once the work is complete.

Purpose and Features of the 'Reserve+' App

The 'Reserve+' application allows Ukrainian citizens to register for military service without needing to visit a Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) or undergo an in-person medical examination. The app also sends notifications if a paper summons from a TRC is sent by mail. In a recent update from Ukraine's Ministry of Defense, the app's electronic document now automatically displays the owner's photograph.

The Ministry of Defense advises users to download a PDF version of their electronic military registration document in advance. To do this, users should tap the '+' button on the app's main screen and select the 'Download PDF' option. This digital service streamlines the registration process for conscripts and those liable for military service, eliminating the need for travel, long queues, and paper-based bureaucracy.

This maintenance on the 'Oberih' registry is part of ongoing efforts by Ukraine's Ministry of Defense to improve electronic services for military personnel. The 'Reserve+' app simplifies the military registration process, a critical function given the nation's current circumstances. Enhancements like the automatic photo display are designed to increase both user convenience and the security of the system.
