During this period, users of the 'Reserve+' application may experience a temporary loss of service and be unable to access updates for their Reserve ID. All services are expected to resume normal operation by 02:00 once the work is complete.

Purpose and Features of the 'Reserve+' App

The 'Reserve+' application allows Ukrainian citizens to register for military service without needing to visit a Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) or undergo an in-person medical examination. The app also sends notifications if a paper summons from a TRC is sent by mail. In a recent update from Ukraine's Ministry of Defense, the app's electronic document now automatically displays the owner's photograph.

The Ministry of Defense advises users to download a PDF version of their electronic military registration document in advance. To do this, users should tap the '+' button on the app's main screen and select the 'Download PDF' option.
