Top-3 Employers in the IT Sector in Ukraine in 2025

Ukrainian IT industry continues to operate under the pressure of war, but maintains competitiveness and the ability to support the economy even in crisis conditions. Based on open ratings, expert surveys, and development dynamics, Inkorr identified three companies that hold the status of the most attractive employers in 2025.

The demand for specialists has decreased, some companies are adapting processes to mobilization risks, and teams are forced to work under unstable infrastructure conditions and fewer international contracts. 

The industry remains stable thanks to companies that continue to invest in team development, open offices abroad, and create comfortable working conditions. The technological hubs - Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Odesa, and Vinnytsia - remain centers of concentration for Ukrainian engineers.

One of the largest employers in the telecom sector with high demand for engineers and researchers.
