The President of the United States, Donald Trump, is not planning to impose new sanctions against Russia due to European allies who have not met his conditions. He previously demanded that NATO member countries stop purchasing Russian oil and impose high tariffs on China. However, government circles in the United States believe this is difficult to achieve, as Hungary and Turkey are major buyers of Russian oil.
The U.S. Department of Commerce has established new restrictions for foreign companies that help Russia bypass sanctions. These measures target firms from various countries that supplied goods to the Russian military-industrial complex. The new rules will come into effect on September 16.
According to glavcom.ua: The President of the United States, Donald Trump, is refusing to impose new sanctions against Russia due to conditions that some European countries have not met. Additionally, new restrictions for companies cooperating with Russia to bypass sanctions have been announced.
