In which regions of Ukraine violations by the TCC have been recorded: official data

According to glavcom.ua: The Operational Command 'North' of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported good results in monitoring the work of Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers (TCC and SS) in August. This information is provided by 'Glavkom'.

In particular, as part of the initiative of the General Staff, the updating of approaches to the work of TCC continues in order to ensure maximum transparency and openness of their activities to the public.

According to the results of the month, 41 incidents involving military TCC have been recorded in the areas of responsibility of the centers. However, 87% of these cases have a manipulative nature and may indicate attempts to discredit the legitimate activities of TCC and undermine trust in the mobilization process.

• Kiev, Poltava and Cherkasy regions - one case each, investigation ongoing.
• Chernihiv region - two incidents, one of which is under investigation, the other resulted in the serviceman being held accountable.

The command emphasized that all established facts are considered in accordance with the established procedure, and the new system of TCC work should prevent abuses, ensuring control and transparency.

Information on the termination of criminal proceedings

Since the beginning of the full-scale conflict in Ukraine, at least 7,312 criminal cases related to the mobilization of accused individuals to the Armed Forces have been stopped. This mechanism came into force in 2022 after amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine and is successfully used by the courts.

In addition, in the city of Smila in the Cherkasy region, a serviceman died during transportation to a training center.
