Safe incident in Bulgaria

According to glavcom.ua: On a beach in Burgas, on the Black Sea in Bulgaria, a military unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was found. Experts checked the drone and found it to be safe, without explosives, and not a threat. This was reported by the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense.

According to the order of the Bulgarian Navy headquarters, a special group delivered the UAV to the naval base in Burgas for further analysis. The report of the drone on the beach was received on the emergency hotline 112.

Russian drones near Bulgaria

This is not the first such incident. Earlier in August this year, a UAV similar to the Russian reconnaissance drone 'Orlan-10' was already found on the Bulgarian coast. Debris from Russian drones used in military operations on Ukrainian territory has also been discovered in the border areas of Moldova and Romania.

Nearly 50 UN member countries condemned Russia's intrusion into Poland's airspace. The statement was read by the Deputy Foreign Minister of Poland, Marcin Bosacki, during an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council, where 19 incursions by drone-type objects into Polish airspace were discussed.

The report of the military drone found on the beach in Burgas turned out to be safe, as confirmed by the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense. It reminded of other cases near Bulgaria where Russian drones were discovered and Russia's aggressive behavior in the airspace.
