In Chernihiv, trolleybuses will not operate on one route until November 16

In Chernihiv, public transport will temporarily change its operation — trolleybus No. 8 will not run from November 13 to 16 due to power outages. This was reported by the municipal enterprise «Chernihiv Trolleybus Administration» on its Facebook page.

To ensure passenger transport during this period, the municipal enterprise launched an alternative transport service. Instead of route eight, trolleybus No. 6T will operate on a modified route.

The city authorities ask passengers to consider these temporary changes when planning their trips and, if possible, to use other modes of transport.

Reason for the change in movement

As explained by the trolleybus administration, the suspension of route No. 8 is associated with scheduled power supply works. Due to temporary power outages, trolleybus movement on certain sections becomes impossible, so the enterprise decided to temporarily adjust the transport scheme.
