According to Рубрика — Суспільство: The city of Chernihiv has recently kicked off the InterUAction4Labour project, providing 80 individuals with the chance to receive free training in two specialized fields: tailoring/cutting in light industry and electrical installation for construction and assembly work. Implemented by the NGO 'League of Business and Professional Women of Ukraine' with support from the Belgian international cooperation agency Enabel, this project is part of the Active Labour Market Policy (ALMP) Facility. Its primary goal is to equip participants with new vocational skills, facilitate career shifts, and boost employability aligned with the labor demands of companies in the Chernihiv region.
