In Dnipro on July 1, bus and tram routes were shortened
In Dnipro on July 1, the operation of public transport was temporarily changed due to the repair of the water supply, tram tracks, and storm sewer. Some routes are detoured, some trams are temporarily out of service or have changed their routes, and one of the routes will finish operations earlier. This is reported by Vidomo.
Public transport in Dnipro on July 1: which routes changed due to repairs
Due to the repair of the water supply on Kryvorizka Street, traffic is closed between Robocha Street and Metaluhriv Avenue. Consequently, buses No. 55, No. 75, and No. 156 are detouring through Arabatska, Klenova, and Robocha streets.
Routes No. 146A and No. 146B have been temporarily combined into one. The final stops are located on Robocha Street near Klenova and at the intersection of Kryvorizka Street with Metaluhriv Avenue.
The second stage of tram track repair is ongoing on Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Avenue. Because of this, tram No. 16 has been completely suspended, and tram No. 12 is only operating from Staromostova Square to Sikorsky Street.
Trolleybuses No. 8 and No. 9 are temporarily operating to Denys Kotenko Street without entering the Metal Products Plant. Buses No. 32, No. 32K, No. 33, No. 34, No. 106, No. 127, and No. 136 are detouring through Krasnopilska and Chornykh Zaporizhtsiv streets.
Changes in transport movement in Dnipro: which routes were shortened on July 1
Due to storm sewer repair on Queen Elizabeth II Street, bus No. 23 has temporarily changed its final stop. It has been moved to Uspenska Square.
Also, due to tram track repair at the intersection of Ivan Mazepa Avenue and Kyivska Street, tram No. 15 will finish its operations earlier. The last trip from the railway station will depart at 20:15, and from Kryvorizka Street at 20:46.
The city council noted that other public transport routes are operating as usual. Overall, on July 1, 210 units of electric transport and 475 buses serviced 91 urban routes.
As a reminder, on June 29, Russia struck Zaporizhzhia and Dnipro, specifically targeting civilian transport and an enterprise.
