According to Главком: In Kharkiv, an 11th-grade student was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the murder of a drug-addicted man. The Novobavarivskyi District Court found him guilty of intentional murder with aggravating circumstances. The murder occurred as a result of personal animosity, during which the schoolboy struck the victim no less than seven times with a hammer and once with a knife in the neck. The perpetrator reported the act to his classmate, which became a known fact in this case. During the crime, a claw hammer and a folding knife were used.

• In Kyiv, two young people received sentences of 11 and 13 years in prison for the murder of their friend. The conflict that led to the crime arose during drug use in a rented apartment.
