The government presented the Intellectual Property Strategy until 2030: key changes

According to Мін. Економіки: Today in Kyiv, the fourth IP LET Forum took place - the main event of the year in the field of intellectual property. This annual gathering of intellectual property, technology, science, business, and creative industry specialists was organized by the Ukrainian National Office of Intellectual Property and Innovations and the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture.

Participants of the event discussed the digitalization of services in the field of intellectual property, Ukraine's integration into the European intellectual property space, working with technological solutions, and the development of creative and innovative industries.

At the opening of the forum, Alexander Tsybort, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture for Digital Development, emphasized that the modernization of intellectual property services is one of the key areas of the country's digital transformation.

Technologies of the Future at the IP LET Forum:

• the use of artificial intelligence for preliminary searches and expertise of applications;
• protection of rights for developments in the defense sector;
• working with innovations in the agricultural sector;
• digital tools that simplify access to global markets.

During the forum, a project on the Intellectual Property Development Strategy until 2030 was also presented, which is a joint effort of the Ministry of Economy and the Ukrainian National Office of Intellectual Property. The document outlines seven priority areas for the development of the intellectual property sphere.

The Strategy project is open for public discussion.

The IP LET Forum 2025 was an important event for the community of intellectual property, technology, business, and science professionals, where digital technologies, innovations, and strategic planning in this field were discussed.
