Occupants are illegally building estates on Ai-Petri: they want to legalize prohibited areas
According to glavcom.ua: A land scandal erupted on the Ai-Petri plateau in occupied Yalta. Officially designated areas for ski infrastructure began to be developed by private individuals. Instead of the planned tracks and lifts, houses appeared, owned by occupation officials and their trusted persons.
The scheme worked under the guise of cover: land was allocated for sports needs, but was actually used for elite construction. After this became known to the public, the local administration issued orders to demolish illegal structures, but none of them has been dismantled to this day.
Sabotage and the plans of the occupying authorities
According to sources from the National Resistance Center (NRC), the delay in demolishing the houses is a deliberate step. A package of documents is already being prepared to change the land designation, which will allow the legalisation of the constructed cottages. It is obvious that the information about combating violations was merely a facade for handing over protected lands to individuals close to the authorities.
Today, the list of nationalized property has been supplemented by the property of another 84 individuals and legal entities who cooperate with Kyiv while earning money in Crimea that goes to support Ukrainian Nazis, the Chairman of the Crimean State Council Vladimir Konstantinov stated.
Occupation in the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions
A campaign has begun in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region to attach local residents to Russian clinics under Russian medical insurance policies. The purpose of this action is to control and account for the population.
In the Zaporizhia region, there is an attempt to legalize the forced mobilization of the local population. New conscription rules may extend to the occupied areas of Ukraine, including Melitopol.
As a result of the scandal on the Ai-Petri plateau in Yalta, it was revealed that officially allocated plots of land for ski infrastructure were taken by private individuals. This caused public outrage and suspicions about the connections of occupation officials with mountain construction. The plans of the occupants to legalize illegally built houses indicate attempts to transfer protected lands to the middle class, close to the authorities, and an intention to benefit from legal violations for the advantage of their supporters.
