68-year-old driver hit a child near the school: what is known about the traffic accident in Mogilev-Podilsky

On October 21, a traffic accident occurred in Mogilev-Podilsky near Lyceum No. 4. A 68-year-old woman hit a child who was crossing the road. This was reported by Glavkom citing the Mogilev-Podilsky district prosecutor's office.

According to preliminary data, the woman, driving a car, ran over a nine-year-old schoolboy who was crossing the road at a pedestrian crossing. The child was hospitalized.

An initial investigation has been launched into this incident under the article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding violations of traffic safety rules that resulted in harm to the victim. The police are clarifying the circumstances of the event.

It should be recalled that on September 26, a collision occurred in Vinnytsia between a car and an electric scooter driven by an 11-year-old boy. Also in Vinnytsia, there was a traffic accident where a driver hit a child on Mariupol Street.
