During a working visit to Irpin, Deputy Prime Minister Oleksii Kuleba stated that social components are planned to be introduced in new residential complexes. Some apartments will be available for families affected by the war or in need of additional support. Kuleba emphasized the importance of ensuring housing accessibility for people who have gone through difficult times. In Irpin, 80% of facilities have already been restored, as the Deputy Prime Minister himself mentioned. The construction of new residential complexes next to the restored houses has become common practice, with 'Munchausen' being one example of such restoration. The cost of restoring the facility amounted to over 87 million hryvnias, and it is now functioning and has become housing for numerous residents, highlighting the project's success. The restoration of other buildings in Irpin and other cities in the Kyiv region is also ongoing, with most repair work expected to be completed by the end of the current year within the framework of the 'eRestoration' program. This helps many families receive compensation or new housing, contributing to the restoration of the region's infrastructure.
