Fighting for Pokrovsk: Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 52 attacks and are clearing the city

In Pokrovsk, located in the Donetsk region, heavy fighting continues against Russian occupiers. Ukrainian forces are clearing buildings one by one from enemy attacks. The press service of the Armed Forces grouping 'East' reported the repulsion of 52 attacks in this direction. They leave the enemy no chances, detecting and eliminating the occupiers, including destroying enemy drones.

It is noted that in total 80 Russian assaults were repelled in a day, 52 of which were directed at Pokrovsk. Fighters are also detecting and eliminating occupiers who attempted to break through the defense on the northern outskirts of the city.

In addition to Pokrovsk, the enemies are also trying to attack the positions of the Armed Forces near Myrnohrad, but without success.

Analysts note that Russian troops, putting in enormous effort, are trying to achieve victory in Pokrovsk, but this does not guarantee a strategic shift in the war in Donbas.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, is personally monitoring the situation on the ground, particularly in Pokrovsk, where Ukrainian troops are actively defending against Russian attacks.
