Strike on Saratov Oil Refinery: Dozens of Powerful Explosions Heard at Night
According to glavcom.ua: On the night of December 17, loud explosions reverberated in the Saratov region. The target of the attack was the Saratov oil refinery, which has previously been subjected to similar attacks.
Local residents reported hearing at least 10 powerful explosions both in Saratov itself and in the neighboring city of Engels.

Witnesses noted that the explosions occurred in the southern part of the city and were audible in the Sunny microdistrict. Flashes from the explosions could be seen in the sky.
So far, there is no official information about casualties or the extent of damage caused, but witnesses report active operation of air defense systems.
