In a village in Zhytomyr region, a family took an unusual animal into their home
According to glavcom.ua: In the village of Yasopil in the Vilshanka community of the Zhytomyr region, a woman rescued a fawn of a wild roe deer. She found the sickly animal in the field and took it home. The woman named the fawn Bonya after her granddaughter.
“She was very tiny. When I saw her, she was wet and shaking because there were such strong rains then. She was almost dying. I felt so sorry for her that she was freezing, my heart was breaking. I took off my jacket, wrapped the animal in it, and brought her home. And here we are – we nursed her back to health. Now she is healthy and lives with us,” said Lyubov Skokun.
According to the rescuer, Bonya is fed milk, but the animal can eat whatever it wants. The woman noted that the fawn lives in the summer kitchen and has not yet ventured beyond the yard, as she is not yet ready to fend for herself.

These animals appear near military positions, seeking safety in conflict zones. The ecosystem is also being disrupted, but new species of insects and beetles that have adapted to wartime conditions and adjusted to the new environment are emerging, particularly in frontline areas.
