Russian missile strike on Trostyanets in Sumy region led to the destruction of the water intake

According to glavcom.ua: The horrifying consequences of the Russian Federation's missile strike on the small town of Trostyanets in Sumy region: as a result of the explosion, about a hundred local residents were left without water supply, as the water intake was completely destroyed. This was reported by the city mayor Yuri Bova, as reported by Glavkom.

It is absolutely impossible to quickly restore the water supply after such a catastrophe. Everything is destroyed, - he noted.

In addition to the water intake, four residential buildings were also damaged, but no residents were harmed. Fortunately, emergency services are working at the scene, providing assistance to people in this difficult situation.

Water disaster in temporarily occupied Mariupol

Not only in the liberated territories, but also in the temporarily occupied Mariupol in eastern Ukraine, serious problems with water supply have arisen. The Starokrymske reservoir has practically dried up, leading to water shortages and a threat to the ecosystem of water bodies. The situation in cities under occupation is becoming increasingly critical, and restoring normal water supply is becoming extremely important.

In cities like Donetsk and Makiivka, the situation with water supply is catastrophic. The lack of water and the dysfunction of public services could lead to epidemics and threaten the health of residents. People on social media are complaining about serious problems due to the water crisis, which is only worsening under occupation.

In the temporarily occupied Crimea, in six settlements of the Bakhchisaray district, wells have run dry, and local residents now have to buy water or wait for supplies.

As a result of the Russian missile strike on Trostyanets in Sumy region and the problems with water supply in temporarily occupied Mariupol becoming increasingly severe, people must seek alternative sources of water and authorities must quickly address the crisis situations that threaten not only the health but also the lives of the population in these areas.
