According to the regional administration, terrorists attacked critical and civilian infrastructure. Russian troops struck nine times with 'Shahed' drones at the regional center.

A fire was also recorded in a high-rise building and private homes in one of the city's districts. A rescue operation is already underway. According to preliminary reports, one person has been injured during the attack.
