Ukraine Receives PAC-3 Missiles for Patriot Systems, Zelenskyy Thanks Allies
Patriot Systems Enhanced with PAC-3 Missile Delivery
According to Главком: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed on March 10 that Ukraine has received PAC-3 missiles for its Patriot air defense systems from several partner nations. He clarified that the missiles were not supplied by a single country, but by multiple allies.
"At the last Ramstein meeting, there was indeed an agreement from partners that we would receive approximately the number of missiles you mentioned for the Patriot systems, specifically the PAC-3. To be honest, this was not from one country, but from several," the President stated.
Zelenskyy noted that the German portion of these missiles arrived just prior to his announcement and expressed gratitude for the contribution:
"The German part of these missiles arrived yesterday, thank you for that."
In total, the new air defense package includes 35 missiles. These advanced interceptors significantly boost Ukraine's ability to counter ballistic missile threats, a critical need in the ongoing conflict.
