Ukrainians Expect Large-Scale Inspections: They Will Have to Report for Three Years

Ukrainian individual entrepreneurs (FOPs) must be ready to submit reports for three years, according to the State Statistics Service.

The majority of individual entrepreneurs are exempt from the obligation to participate in the state's statistical surveys and are not required to submit statistical reports. However, a specific category of FOPs is still obligated to do so.

If you have received a form or message regarding reporting through the 'Respondent's Cabinet', you should submit reports by the established deadlines. Those who have not submitted reports in previous years are given a three-month period to rectify the situation until October 5, 2025. The selection criteria for mandatory reporting include industrial production and passenger and cargo transportation. To check your participation in reporting, you should verify the 'Respondent's Cabinet' and the relevant reporting forms. In case of uncertainties, you can use online services or software for report submission.
