Ukrainians were pleased by a record drop in prices: which vegetables have sharply decreased in markets

• New harvest onions - down 37% to 14-25 UAH/kg
• Carrots - from 50-55 to 40-50 UAH/kg
• Cucumbers - down 33% to 15-30 UAH/kg

Tomatoes also became cheaper, with the wholesale purchase price being 55-85 UAH/kg.

The decrease in vegetable prices fits within the framework of summer trends, although this year it started somewhat later due to unfavorable weather conditions in spring. It is worth noting that the most significant price increases occurred in June.
