Inquiries from the United States and Middle Eastern nations highlight the growing global demand for Ukraine's proven and cost-effective defense technologies.

The P1-SUN interceptor drone, developed by the Ukrainian company SkyFall, costs approximately $1,000 per unit. This price point is dramatically lower than the roughly $4 million required for a single Patriot (PAC-3) missile. For further context, the Iranian Shahed-136 drone is estimated to cost between $50,000 and $100,000. The P1-SUN's combat performance is formidable: over the last four months, it has destroyed more than 1,500 Shahed drones and 1,000 other hostile UAVs. In February 2026, these interceptors were responsible for eliminating 70% of aerial targets over Kyiv and the surrounding region.

Production Capacity and International Sales Potential

Ukraine's current manufacturing capacity allows it to produce twice as many of these systems as its own armed forces require. SkyFall has stated it is ready to manufacture up to 50,000 interceptors monthly. Export potential is estimated at 5,000 to 10,000 units per month without compromising Ukraine's defense needs, opening a substantial new revenue stream for its defense industry on the global stage.
