According to ХВИЛЯ: On July 1, Ukraine launched long-range drone strikes against an oil refinery in Ufa and a strategic military-industrial facility in the Penza region. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed the operations, which took place in the early morning. The distance to the Ufa refinery exceeded 1,300 kilometers-analysts from 'Oko Hora' specified it was roughly 1,350 kilometers from Ukraine's state border, highlighting the impressive range of the attack.

The targeted enterprise in the Penza region specializes in developing and manufacturing components for missile weaponry.
