Ukrainian judokas won two medals at the European Youth Championships

According to glavcom.ua: Ukrainian judokas showcased their skills at the Under-23 Continental Championships in Chisinau, winning two medals. Olha Tsimko took home 'silver' in the 70 kg category, and the Ukrainian team claimed bronze in the mixed team tournament. Our athletes demonstrated confidence and talent, earning several medals at these competitions.
Olha Tsimko won 'silver' in the 70 kg category: in the final match, her opponent from Sweden proved to be stronger. This is Olha's first medal at the continental championship among youth!
At the European Youth Olympic Festival, our country also showed impressive results, finishing 10th in the overall medal standings. Judo has become the most successful sport for Ukraine, but athletes also earned medals in swimming, athletics, taekwondo, shooting, artistic gymnastics, and table tennis.
