According to Главком: Ukraine's military has continued its campaign against targets inside the Russian Federation and within temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories. In a significant blow to Russia's war economy, Ukrainian forces successfully struck the 'Strela' Joint Stock Company in Russia's Bryansk region. Andriy Kovalenko noted that Russia has already lost nearly 40% of its monthly missile production and about 45% of its oil exports as a result of Ukrainian strikes on its facilities and logistical routes.
