Ukrenergo calls for energy saving: new rules for everyone
According to hvylya.net: Ukrainian energy specialists urge citizens to save electricity, as household consumers use the largest amount of electric energy in the country. They recommend not overheating rooms and dressing warmer to save energy and support the stability of the energy system.
'We should not bring the temperature in rooms to the maximally comfortable 20-22 °C, but instead dress warmer. This will help the energy system cope with the challenges we face,'
Additionally, experts recommend avoiding the simultaneous use of powerful electrical appliances, especially during peak load hours early in the morning and in the evening. This will help reduce the load on the energy system and prevent possible accidents or outages in the electricity supply.
Ukrainians are advised to consciously approach electricity consumption, specifically by choosing energy-efficient appliances and using them rationally to ensure the stability of energy supply in the country.
A company representative, Vitaliy Zaychenko, emphasized the importance of changing consumption habits to support the stability of Ukraine's energy system.
