The government submitted the budget-2026 to the Rada: where the 4.8 trillion hryvnias will go
According to hvylya.net: Ukraine's Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced that the government has approved the draft State Budget for the next year and submitted it for consideration to the Verkhovna Rada.
Among the main points of the budget draft are total expenditures of 4.8 trillion hryvnias, revenues of 2.826 trillion hryvnias, and a deficit expected at the level of 18.4% of GDP. At the same time, a decrease in the need for external financing is projected to the level of 2 trillion 79 billion hryvnias.
The draft State Budget for 2026 approved by the government anticipates a significant increase in expenditures, growth in revenues, and a decrease in the deficit. This means that the government plans to support social programs, infrastructure projects, and the economic development of the country in the coming year.
