The government will start paying the National Cashback for October and November: 1 billion hryvnias for 4 million Ukrainians

According to ХВИЛЯ: The government of Ukraine has announced the start of the National Cashback payments for October and November 2025. The total amount of the tranches will be 1.074 billion hryvnias, which will be distributed among more than 4 million users of the program. The payments for October will amount to 550.29 million hryvnias, and for November - 524.02 million hryvnias.

Since the launch of the program in 2024, Ukrainians have received back about 6 billion hryvnias. The funds received under the cashback can be used for:

• payment of utility services
• medical services
• books
• transportation
• donations for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The 10% cashback is accrued for purchases of more than 386 thousand registered products of Ukrainian production. During the reporting months, Ukrainians spent over 10 billion hryvnias on purchasing goods.

Program Prospects

In addition, it has become known that the cashback for December 2025 will be sent in February 2026. The program, which demonstrates a real economic effect, continues to support consumption and stimulate the economy of the country, noted Oleksii Sobolev.

The payment of the National Cashback is an important step in supporting domestic consumption in Ukraine, especially under economic challenges. The program not only provides financial assistance to households but also stimulates demand for Ukrainian goods, which, in turn, can positively influence the recovery of the country's economy.
