According to ХВИЛЯ: In an urgent session, Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers has approved the allocation of over 2.5 billion hryvnias from the state budget's reserve fund. This funding is designated for the immediate procurement of mobile heating and electricity generation equipment for territorial communities. The emergency nature of the meeting underscores the critical state of the nation's energy supply. This move comes as Ukraine continues to face significant challenges to its energy infrastructure from ongoing conflict.

The State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development will manage the funds, which exceed 2.5 billion hryvnias. The money will be used to purchase mobile generators and distributed generation units. Regional state (military) administrations will receive the funds and be responsible for distributing the equipment to local communities.
