The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center has released the weather forecast for October 15. Most regions of the country are expected to be precipitation-free due to high pressure, but there may be light rains in the northeastern part during the day. Due to the cold air mass, frost is expected with temperatures ranging from 0 to 3 degrees Celsius in the southern, central, and eastern regions of the country.
Cloudiness with clearings is forecasted for all of Ukraine, fog is only possible in Transcarpathia. The wind will be from the west at a speed of 5-10 m/s.
In the capital and Kyiv region, cloudy weather without precipitation is also expected. Night temperatures will range from 1 to 6 degrees Celsius, and daytime temperatures from 6 to 11 degrees. In Kyiv, nighttime temperatures are expected to be from 4 to 6 degrees Celsius, and during the day from 8 to 10 degrees. Hydrometeorologists have issued warnings about dangerous frosts on October 15 in southern, central, eastern regions, and Sumy region, and also warned about subsequent dangerous dates.
Ukrainian meteorologists predict cold weather with light precipitation in some regions of the country, particularly in the northeast, and emphasize the risk of ground frost. Therefore, it is recommended to be cautious and take safety measures in conditions of dangerous weather.
