An anticyclone covers Ukraine: no precipitation and strong winds in the south

According to glavcom.ua: Today, December 6, the weather in Ukraine will be influenced by a high atmospheric pressure field, which means no precipitation. Air flows will move from the southeast and east at a speed of 7-12 m/s, but in the south of the country, strong winds with gusts of 15-20 m/s are expected.
The air temperature will range from +1°C to +6°C. The warmest weather will be in Transcarpathia, the southern part of Odesa region, and in Crimea, where the temperature may reach +6°C to +11°C.
In Kyiv and the region, no precipitation is expected as well, with an easterly wind of 7-12 m/s. The temperature at night will be between 0°C to -3°C frost, while during the day, +3°C to +6°C is expected.
According to forecasts for this week, Ukrainians will be able to enjoy warm weather for early December, with slight precipitation in the form of rain or wet snow. Cloudy weather and fogs are expected in some regions of the country, but significant temperature fluctuations are not anticipated.
