Unknown individuals threw a homemade explosive device into the window of a service vehicle of the 'Skoda' type. As a result, two people were killed, and two others were seriously injured.

The explosion occurred at 01:30 Moscow time on Yeletskaya Street. People nearby heard a loud explosion that reverberated for several blocks.
