Humanitarian vehicles allowed to exit abroad: new rules from the Ministry of Internal Affairs

A new service has started in the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine – now, owners of humanitarian vehicles that were brought into the country during the martial law can obtain permission to leave for abroad. To do this, they need to contact the appropriate center and submit an application, presenting the vehicle compliance certificate and customs documents.After obtaining the permit and returning to Ukraine, owners must return the certificate and restore the temporary registration certificate. This initiative is aimed at supporting volunteer and charitable projects that assist military and civilian individuals.
