The Pension Fund of Ukraine has launched online registration: how to obtain the service

Now citizens of Ukraine can register online for an appointment at the Pension Fund service center. To do this, you need to go to the Fund's e-services web portal or use the mobile application 'Pension Fund of Ukraine'.

You can log in to the portal using various methods, including Qualified Electronic Signature, Diia.Signature, BankID, or login.

After logging in, you need to go to the 'Communication with the PFU' section, select the 'Appointment Registration' tab, specify the necessary information regarding the territorial body of the Fund, the address of the service center, the subject of the appointment, the date, and the time. After confirming the registration, citizens will be able to visit the service center on the specified day and time.
