The Constitutional Court has updated the composition of the Scientific Council: who is included in the new composition

According to Конституційний суд: The Constitutional Court of Ukraine has approved the composition of the Scientific Advisory Council in its latest resolution. The Advisory Council is a body that provides consultations and advice to the Court. The council may include both retired judges and highly qualified specialists with doctoral degrees.

The personal composition of the Advisory Council is reviewed every three years and approved by the Court. The council prepares scientific conclusions at the request of judges or on its own initiative, particularly in cases related to constitutional issues being considered by the Court.
