Zelensky set a task to produce 1000 interceptor drones per day

According to hvylya.net: President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky visited a defense industry enterprise, where he met with the manufacturers of interceptor drones. During this meeting, he personally familiarized himself with the production process of air defense systems and gave specific tasks for further development in this area.

During the visit to the enterprise, the President expressed gratitude to the engineering team for their work on developing means of protection for Ukrainian cities and settlements. Zelensky was an attentive observer of the production processes aimed at creating modern systems for intercepting drones from the hostile army.

Production target and project funding

At the meeting, a clear plan for the production of interceptor drones was defined. 'Our request is 1000 interceptors per day,' the President stated. He also emphasized that achieving this goal must happen within the set deadlines.

The project's funding is currently under constant control of the government. Zelensky noted that optimization of the contracting system is being carried out and cooperation with international partners is ongoing to provide the necessary financial resources.
