Zelensky on the violation of Estonia's airspace: Russia is conducting a campaign against NATO
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, expressed his indignation regarding the new case of Russian fighters violating the airspace of a NATO member country. This time, the violation occurred in Estonia.
'Russian fighters again violated NATO's airspace - this time in Estonia. This is unacceptable,' Zelensky wrote on social media on September 19, 2025.
According to Zelensky, the destabilization provoked by Russia is spreading to new countries and directions. Moscow is using various tools, starting from interference in political processes in different countries to violating airspace in some European countries, including Poland, Romania, and Estonia.
Request for a unified systematic response
The President of Ukraine emphasized that this is part of a systematic Russian campaign against Europe, NATO, and the West in general, and demands a unified systematic response. Zelensky called for strong measures both collectively and from each individual country.
'Russia must feel increasing pressure, including through the economy and sanctions. Additionally, Russia's losses in the war must increase, and this can be achieved through a strong Ukrainian army,' Zelensky stressed.
The Ukrainian leader expressed gratitude to all who support Ukraine and called on Europe, the United States, and other countries to act decisively in this situation.
