Zelenskyy Outlines Conditions for Ukraine-U.S.-Russia Peace Talks
Three-Way Summit Announced
According to ХВИЛЯ: Speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the potential for three-way negotiations involving Ukraine, the United States, and Russia. He framed such meetings as a positive step toward achieving peace. Zelenskyy also addressed Ukraine's position regarding an invitation to join a newly established Peace Council.
The President stressed that while Ukraine has received an invitation to the Peace Council, Kyiv will only join this platform after hostilities have ceased. He emphasized that, while the war continues, Ukraine cannot participate in a forum alongside its enemy, Russia, and its ally, Belarus.
