Zelensky held a large-scale meeting with the government: key decisions and instructions

President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with government officials to discuss the results of the work over the past hundred days and set key tasks for the next three months.

The Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Ministers, and Ministers presented their reports. Zelensky emphasized the need to achieve clear results in areas such as defense, energy, assistance to people, agreements with partners, and countering Russia. They will now report regularly in an extended format.

Energy and gas

The president demands immediate assurance of 100% funding for gas imports. It is also important to implement agreements with countries regarding electricity generation.

Infrastructure recovery

The government continues to implement infrastructure projects, including restoring water supply for the cities of Mykolaiv and Dnipro region.

Frontline territories

Support programs for frontline territories are being successfully implemented, including ensuring livelihoods in communities and defense measures.

Sanctions against Russia

The Minister of Foreign Affairs is instructed to work faster on synchronizing sanctions against Russia.

Defense and weapon production

The tasks related to the production of drones and controlled export of Ukrainian weapons were decided to be launched immediately.

Healthcare

The Minister of Health must resolve issues regarding the availability of drugs for citizens.

Culture and education

The government plans to attract more resources to the culture sector and raise salaries for teachers and lecturers.

Frozen Russian assets

The Minister of Finance is to work on directing funds from frozen assets to social needs.

Veterans and digitalization

To pay more attention to veterans' issues and the development of digital services for citizens.
