According to glavcom.ua: The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, states that the US should increase pressure on Russian President Vladimir Putin to abandon aggressive plans. According to Zelensky, only sanctions that severely impact the Russian economy can stop the war in Ukraine. Key issues remain in the negotiations for a peace agreement, but a meeting between Ukrainian and American delegations may help find a common solution.
Zelensky urges the US to do more to pressure Putin but sees certain signs of positive developments. The main thing now is to withstand the tension and work towards ending the conflict.
