According to Мінфін: The Ministry of Finance is actively working on changes to the taxation of individual entrepreneurs who use the simplified taxation system. This process is taking place in collaboration with businesses, industry associations, experts, and other stakeholders.
Changes in taxation are expected to come into effect no earlier than 2027. This will provide time for thorough coordination and consideration of public opinions and for preparing businesses for new conditions.
The goal of such transformations is to avoid shadow operations, make the tax system fairer, and provide the necessary resources for defense and economic development, without overburdening consumers and honest entrepreneurs.
Overall, changes in taxation for individual entrepreneurs are planned in Ukraine to ensure greater transparency and fairness in the taxation system.
