Ukrainian Forces Strike Russian and Crimean Targets, Hitting Refineries and Air Defenses
Ukrainian Strikes Hit Russian Military and Fuel Infrastructure
According to ХВИЛЯ: In a coordinated series of attacks on the night of February 11, 2026, the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck multiple military and fuel-related targets within Russia and occupied Crimea. The General Staff of the Ukrainian military reported these operations as successful, inflicting significant losses on the adversary. These strikes represent a continued effort by Ukraine to degrade Russian military capabilities far beyond the front lines.
Among the damaged targets was the Volgogradsky oil refinery in Russia's Volgograd region, where a fire was confirmed. In Crimea, near Lobanove, a storage facility for fuel and lubricants was destroyed. Additional strikes in the Zaporizhzhia region hit a logistics depot near the village of Balochky and a concentration of military equipment in Lyubymivka.
Key Air Defense Systems Destroyed
Ukrainian forces also successfully destroyed Russian air defense systems. In the Donetsk region, near the settlement of Treti, an Osa surface-to-air missile system was eliminated. A Tor SAM system was also destroyed in the Kherson region near Voskresenske. Furthermore, a strike was conducted against a unit of the Rubicon center near Huliaipole.
"A fire has been recorded on the premises. The scale of the damage is being clarified," stated the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The General Staff emphasized that Ukraine's defense forces will continue to systematically implement measures aimed at weakening the combat potential of the Russian aggressor. The destruction of fuel depots and military logistics nodes is designed to cripple the supply lines and operational readiness of Russian units, potentially impacting the dynamics of the conflict. As Ukraine demonstrates an increasing capacity for long-range strikes, the strategic pressure on Russian forces continues to mount.
