Diya processed 1 million requests through the AI consultant: how it changes communication with the state
According to Федоров: The Diya team does not stop at what they have achieved and continues to improve communication with citizens through artificial intelligence. One of the main tools in this initiative is the AI consultant, which has successfully resolved over a million inquiries without the involvement of operators.
This consultant provides support to users in more than 165 products and services, answering questions in 5 seconds. Thus, 90% of all questions are resolved automatically, allowing operators to focus on more complex matters.
The Diya team noted the successful operation of the AI consultant, which is capable of resolving a large number of inquiries from users.
Global goal for the future
With the goal of entering the top 3 countries in the world for the development of artificial intelligence by 2030, the Diya team plans to make every possible effort. Ukraine is already on the right path to this goal, and work on improving and implementing AI is in full swing.
