Resolution of the issue regarding the imposition of sanctions by the NSDC
According to САП: Recently it became known that the assistant of a people's deputy may have to pay $250,000 for resolving the issue concerning the imposition of sanctions by the NSDC. Unfortunately, it turned out that he and the MP, along with another person, were instructed to provide a bribe to a competing company to force the application of economic sanctions.
The court reviewed the case and decided to apply a preventive measure in the form of bail in the amount of UAH 1 million 514 thousand to the assistant of the MP. In addition, a number of obligations have already been imposed on him, including regular visits to law enforcement, not leaving Kyiv without permission, informing about changes in residence, and refraining from communication with certain individuals. He is also required to surrender his passport for safekeeping and wear an electronic bracelet for monitoring.
