According to hvylya.net: The State Consumer Service notes that 93% of communal enterprises in Ukraine issue bills with violations of tariff formation, which indicates a complete disaster in the housing and communal services sector. Expert Oleg Popenko believes that the preparation for the heating season is also a problem, as more than 40% of energy facilities have violations.
According to Popenko, the country is not preparing for winter, which creates serious problems in the housing and communal services. All this may lead to negative consequences for Ukrainian consumers of communal services.
