According to Офіс реформ: A call for specialists has been opened for the Recovery and Reform Support Team attached to the State Agency for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine and the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine. Open positions include a senior projects manager, a senior project manager, and a head of veteran services. Applications must be submitted by 23:59 Kyiv time on 31 August 2026. This hiring round is part of broader efforts to strengthen institutional capacity for reconstruction. These teams operate under the "Architecture of Recovery and Reform in Ukraine" (URA) programme, launched by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in partnership with the EU.
Candidate Requirements
The State Agency for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine is seeking a senior projects manager to handle projects financed by international financial institutions and donors. In addition, the Agency is looking for a senior project manager dedicated to public investment management reform. For its part, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine needs a head of veteran services.
