Kyiv Comes Under Heavy Rocket Fire
Yulia Timoshenko, leader of the Batkivshchyna party, has issued a scathing reaction to Russia’s massive missile strike on Kyiv, which took place overnight on July 6. According to her, Russian forces launched 19 rockets at the Ukrainian capital in just 10 minutes. The assault has resulted in numerous casualties, with many dead and wounded. Additionally, police have temporarily closed several streets in the city center due to the bombardment.
Air quality in Kyiv has deteriorated significantly following the attack. The Vyshneve urban community in the Kyiv region has urged residents to stay indoors, citing the risk of secondary explosions from unexploded ordnance.
“19 missiles on Kyiv in 10 minutes! They have no conscience, no humanity, no history, no culture, no reason—and no fuel. Only missiles remain. And an animal fear of the consequences of their terrible crimes. Kyiv baptized you, and Kyiv will sing your funeral dirge!”
