Trend of the year
Over the past 12 months, the rent for one-room apartments has decreased from 18 to 17 thousand hryvnias. At the same time, analysts note that in the last six months, the market has stabilized. The center of the capital retains the highest prices due to a limited number of offers, while competition among landlords has intensified in the outskirts.
