On the night of February 21, during the attack on Odesa, Russian troops destroyed the building of the Odesa Law College. The historic institution, which survived two world wars, suffered extensive damage. This is reported by Telegraph.
According to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper, as a result of the strike, the college was partially destroyed, and energy company warehouses were also damaged. There are reports of two injured in the city, but there are no casualties in the educational institution.

The building was hit directly almost in the center. The first and second floors were destroyed, and part of the structure collapsed. The shock wave shattered windows and damaged the facade.
The director of the institution, Oleksandr Hereha, reported that the classrooms facing Yevropeiska Street were the most affected.

Odesa Law College: classes will be moved online
The college has 199 students in nine classes. During the attack, a guard was in a shelter, and there are no injuries among the staff. From February 23, the educational process will be moved to a distance format.
The college building in Odesa was built between 1875 and 1884 in the historic center of Odesa, at the intersection of Katerynyns'ka and Bazaarna streets. It survived the First and Second World Wars, but was damaged as a result of the modern Russian attack.
It should be noted that temporary traffic restrictions were introduced on the M-15 Odesa-Reni highway leading to the city of Bucharest, starting February 18 due to deteriorating weather conditions.
